Data we collect

what you send us (name, email, app URL, a description of the issue); billing details handled by Stripe (we do not see full card numbers); support emails; and the code, logs and access you grant us for a job

Website analytics and cookies

site tracking is switched off at launch and we set no analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is needed; if we turn analytics on, we will update this page first

How we use data

to reply to you, scope and do your job, take payment, and meet legal and tax obligations; we do not sell your data or use it for advertising; where the law requires a legal basis, it is our contract with you, our legitimate interest in replying to you, or a legal obligation

Client code, repositories and secrets

we use your code and access only for your job, prefer read-only access, never copy secrets into our own notes or tools, and remove our access and delete local copies of your code at handoff

Data processors and sharing

we share data only with the providers we need to run the business: our website host, our email provider, Stripe for payments, and any AI coding tools used on your code (only what the job requires); each receives only what it needs

International transfers

our providers may store or process data in the United States and other countries; where required, we rely on their standard contractual safeguards

Retention

project emails and records for up to 2 years after the job ends; billing records for as long as tax law requires; client code deleted at handoff

Your rights

you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, wherever you live; email us and we will reply within 30 days

Security

we limit access to your data to the people doing your job, use providers with encryption in transit, and use read-only access wherever possible

Children

our services are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16
